Odd AC issue

When I fire her up, the AC will blow cold for 10ish minutes until everything is up to normal operating temperature. Then it tends to blow warm, and that last for about 20 minutes, before finally settling back down and being cold AC again.

I initially thought it was an issue with my compressor disengaging, but it doesn't seem to be...

Any ideas?

I would look at the gap between the clutch and the magnet. They get wore over time. I believe that there is something possibly in the tech folder on this.

turn key on,listen to vacuum pump to kick off,if its taking a long time your heater hose vacuum shutoff may be slow about closing, trucks first cranked cold, heater waters cold so ac works good then has to fight the hot water as truck warms, then after awhile enough vacuum to close the heat water supply and gets ac cold again. After trucks warm on max ac see if heater hoses real hot to touch., if yes replace hose vacuum switch..if no need to put gauges on ac to ck low and high side. As said look at clutch while on see if spinning then slipping,on off fast or off awhile then on a min. All clues to whats going on.

Take the clutch off the front of the compressor, and there should be a tiny washer inside where the bolt goes. take that out, and replace the clutch onto the compressor. This will close up the air gap, which will keep the clutch engaged at all times. If the air gap is too much, the clutch will have trouble staying engaged, thus losing cold air.
I'm not too sure about the cold air coming back, but this is where I would check first.
