That shows a pretty small difference in the tires. Assuming those are the tire sizes you are looking at you wouldn't even need to re-calibrate the speedometer or change the gears.

A new F-150 can be had with either of those rims, and 17" as well. The difference is in the tire profile and circumference (or diameter if you prefer). Put the correct tires on, and there is no difference in the end result.

Have the ring an pinion gear changed in the axle. Both front and rear if it is four wheel drive.
