Disconnected both. And tested each with meter. Both over 12.. then went to orileys and disconnected both and bench tested. Both checked out. Gonna look more in baro. Inspected last night and seemed clean but doesn't mean much. Just not sure if torque pro even reads baro yet
At your overnight temps, the volts you spec'd are low, although those of us without Military grade batteries like Mark has will see volts that low even with good batteries in winter.
Do you know the size of the batts and what they tested to? Here's a picture of a battery I just tested for a video where it still reports as good but is very much hurt. Powerstroke 6.0s tug a lot of energy out of batteries more then other motors.
You're reporting volts in whole numbers, as though 12 is fine, but it's not. Tenths matter with batteries and a battery that reports 12.2v rather then 12.6v can be a really hurt battery. However, still not sure your problem is glow plug related.
Only downside is wait time. Truck is daily driver:/. Got a buddy at auto parts store. So might be able to slip one on,run torque pro and see if anything changes. I'm assuming your talking about the 81$ one?
Before dropping the bucks, you are sure the wiring looks good?
Also might get the codes read at the auto parts store. The Baro sensor being out might throw a code (but it may be that the code feature is on later year models).
