Face only,, and feet only are the only positions that don't engage the ac compressor. Also an ac compressor that's locked up,, will result in a no crank. Also one thing to keep in mind,, the ac system is the most under-repaired system in a vehicle. If the compressor fails,, it's COMPLETE system replacement for any longevity. Flushing the condenser and evaporator core can work (but condensors are fairly cheap and easy to change),, but you better flush it good. And don't forget to flush the lines too. I use brake cleaner, a shop vac, and compressed air to flush. And I flush both ways through every component.

well then I was concerned for nothing as she was running and starting fine. Gonna replace the caliper today after work. Hopefully that's the cooling issue. If not I'll be back to ask for ideas. Thanks for all the help guys. I just need the truck to just drive for a bit she's bled me dry recently.

Just to check back caliper job went as easy as one can. Pully is spinning as I figured after discussing it with you guys so thanks for that. Deltas are outta wack again had a 10* spread today driving through town so that's exciting maybe another cooler after while. But coolant issues went away only varied from the 190-194* unless I was hard on it but still leveled back out quick. Not too concerned with the deltas now though as I have no egr cooler and a brand new cooling system more or less. Plus I'm running the performance tune from sct so I'm sure that doesn't help. Thanks again for everything guys really helps to have people to answer questions. I'm ready to just drive this thing and stop having to wrench on it all the time.
