AC Issue

I'm having issues with either my AC compressor, clutch, or the pulley, but I don't know how to tell which one it is. When I turn on the AC, there is a grinding/groaning noise at low RPM's and the engine bogs down. If I rev it just a little, the sound goes away and the AC works as it should. How can I tell if it's the clutch, bearing, or compressor itself before I take the parts cannon out and start throwing things at it. The belt is new and has the proper tension.

If the noise is when the compressor is engaged then that indicates it's the compressor. but you can replace the clutch bearing if you like even if you get a new compressor you can reuse your clutch.

You should expect it to pull the engine down it takes power. if the noise could mean your charge needs checked or it could mean your compressor is on it's way out. but normally the higher the speed the worse it all is.
