I would get a computer from a salvage yard out of a salvage yard and see what the fuel pumps do as was pointed out above.
if I could find a computer at a salvage yard I would have bought one months ago. I can't find one at a salvage yard, I can't find one online at all...rebuilding/repairing this one appears to be my only option.
For testing purposes pretty much any computer (PCM) would work.
I believe the existing computer you have is designed with California emissions that's why it is hard to find. If you do not need to pass Cali. emission a Federal emission version will work.
