Coolant change question
I have looked through the threads about the coolant change. I took my truck to my Ford dealer and had them change the coolant. I have 128k on the truck. They only charged me for 3 gal of coolant which i thought was weird. I asked multiple times that they changed both primary and secondary systems. They said yes. I am under the impression that the two systems are separate from each other. Is that correct? I checked the drains on the radiators and only the primary system was drained. They are telling me that they always only change the primary system and dont ever drain the secondary system because both systems are connected.
From what I have read the two systems are separate.
Maybe I'm confused.

Go down load the coffee table book on the 6.7 and print out the photos of the cooling systems for them....help them to avoid more mistakes

So Ford wasted their time and your money by installing two separate degass bottles? Time to find another place for future service needs. This one doesn't seem very knowledgeable, and doesn't seem willing to learn either.
