Hi all. I won't bore you with the lengthy issue I'm referring to but last year I went round & round with ford customer service and local dealers over issues with my factory trailer hitch on my '15, F-350. In the end they refused to cover under the warranty when the retaining pin hole began to elongate. All sorts of excuses and ultimately denial of claim. I finally replaced it with an aftermarket hitch and couldn't be happier with it. Just got home from a
5000 mi tow with no issues at all. However, I'm not done with ford and plan to rattle their cage some more. Last word and denial came from customer service. Can anyone give me some help and direction where to shake some more bushes. CS has to answer to someone. In the end the service tech that made the original determination made it with absolutely no input from me and no basis for their assessment and nobody would contradict his baseless opinion even after they all agreed with me.
So, some help with a direction would be appreciated.
