Exhaust pipe dropped off

Exhaust pipe dropped off
this part of the exhaust dropped off on the highway, see photos. Anyone ever seen this? It took 6 bolts to fail for this to happen. The pipe, 2 gaskets, 6 bolts cost $380.00 for the repair. Thanks for any assist.

Happened on my grand marquis about 200 miles after I bought it. Remove what pipes you can to have an easier time grinding away whatever you can of the old bolts. They should heat up enough while grinding to break free of the corrosion. New bolts and gaskets, harbor freights nicest grinder, should still be under a hundred bucks. If you have to grind while under the truck be wary of the sparks direction...
