Does anyone know what the difference between cabs from say an 85 F-250 ,,, to a 91 F-250... is their any difference externally,,

IM looking at a set of nerf bars from a 91 for my rig,, and the guy says the box says that they will fit 87 -96!!! susposedly they bolt to the frame,,, any one have any bars on their truck,,,

I think body styles for the F250 were the same from 86-97. My truck is a mid year 97 and has the older body style, not the SD style. F250 and F350 body styles from those years are the same also I believe. The only difference between my 97 f250 HD and a 97 F350 is I have a Dana 50 TTB and the F350 has a Dana 60. So the nerf bars should fit those years.
