need a 6.0 expert

ok bought a 04 250 6.0..would not run..only code was icp.changed icp no run .put in a couple more still no difference.truck runs with icp unplugged..shuts down immediatly when plugged back in.put in a new factory harness 2 new ecms 2 new ficms same problem .all streams on diagnostics are on line.changed everything on truck.all pressures are streaming fine.have had at least 20 of the best diesel guys around look at it with no clue to problem.if truck is cranked long enough it will try to start with icp plugged in but sounds out of time..now for the real kicker we put in a 05 ecm truck runs fine with icp plugged in ,but you lose all dash funtions..the guy before me had this truck worked on for 5 yrs. and not even a ford tech could figure it out... so now im trying...so whos the real expert on here..thought i would give this site a try and see..thanks buzz

Are you using an ICP from Ford? Not aftermarket? Then to add to it are all the other sensors from the pcm Ford? Have you checked the ground? Or reference voltage?

all parts are ford..redid the entire grounding system and added to it..a senior tech from ford looked at this truck and still doesnt understand the problem

Is the ICP on the PS valve cover or behind the turbo. If on the valve cover has the oil rail been checked for a blockage.

is yours an early style or late? I don't think it matters but there are two different sensors. Maybe your pcm doesn't like the late style sensor if your early style and have the wrong one in.

ps valve cover early 04 12 of 03 rail pressure is very goodphysicly checked and good on the stream

Try unplugging your fan clutch wires.

Maybe also try unplugging the egr valve. Make sure all the sensors on that line are oem I can't stress that enough.
