Question about up-pipe

So I am doing the y-pipe and I have a question about the pipe on the passenger side, should there be any flex In the baffle? I un did the clamp on the egr cooler to the pipe I found out I did not need to do that but what ever. But it seems pretty bouncy I guess is the way to explain it. Is that normal or do I need to order the up pipe

Once in position and bolted down, you should be able to hoist the motor on them.... solid.

Yep mine had a funny squealing sound and when I removed it the baffles had lots of flex. The new one was solid and fixed it right up.
