Well happy Saturday all. Its a nice overcast morning up here on the sac area. 
Things are still hard, but life's moving on either way. I get to go play trains, er go to work in a few hours. Hope everybody has a good day!

WAAAYYY overcast here. And a lot of it is falling on our heads. About 2-1/4 inches of rain yesterday, and another 1/3 of an inch this morning. I think we are over 50" of rain for 2017 so far.

Hello FTE Freinds 
, day 4 of demo got the hardwood floor yanked out , subfloor supported ( I hate crawling underfloor) and ready to do a single wire pour , then start Tile wood look plank flooring , Hank ya got my number bud , always open for company if y'all just want to sit back out of the City hustle and Bustle . Other than that I'm ready for a Nap lol. Oops almost for got Joes building our cabinets then well install tile , sorry Joe didn't mean to get you nerviest
