Jim, the problem is you cannot price over appraised cost because no one would be able to get a loan for more. Wish we could have.

I was just kidding anyways. I was kind of referencing craigslist when you sell something fast and realize it was because it was under priced

With today's market, they don't ask for much anyways. Back to asking is about the worst. Unless there is a major issue.

good morning. going to pick up my new to me Goldwing. Got it from PO on Sunday and dropped it off for a tire on the way home....turns out it needed a little more than the tire. Forks were leaking, throttle sticking, etc. Plus the back tire that was "almost new" is probably 70% gone. Good thing I didn't pay what he was asking.
