2011 SuperDuty brake controller

I recently just had disc brakes installed on my tri-axle fifth wheel. When they were first installed there was a three second delay until the brakes grabbed. The installer bled the lines and all seemed great. Yesterday i took the trailer out and there seemed to be a one second delay. I haven't had the rig out since the install, yesterday was the first time. I'm pretty sure the brakes need to be bled again, but i just wanted to verify that the 2011's integrated brake controller is compatible with the electric over hydraulic system.

I believe it is but you need to 'set' the type of brakes so the truck's controller knows what you have. There is a screen to do this. Check the owner's manual.
