LED Lights remove Fog Lights

LED Lights remove Fog Lights

While I was filling out the order sheet with the dealer today I noticed that when he selected the LED Headlights a warning came up stating that the Fog Lights would be removed. When I asked if the fog lights were replaced with LED versions he said he did not know for sure, but he thought that the fog lights were just eliminated entirely because they would look dumb with the led lights.

Are the fog lamps really eliminated entirely?

Are they changed to LED versions?

Are they part of the LED light assembly?

Can anyone enlighten me, I am suppose to finalize my order tomorrow but would like to know what I am getting.

I ordered led's on my loaded lariat and my fog's are led's and they sure don't look stupid.

The dogs are not eliminated, they are changed to LED. I don't know why they have that warning pop up. I guess, because you are eliminating the halogen fogs. However, in the end, you do automatically end up with LED fog lights when you get the LED lights.

LED fog light bulbs will be better,you dont need to remove it

With the headlight LED package' you get all LEDS around the whole truck. In addition, the fog lights are changed to LED fogs. They are awesome. You want them. The stupid system is stupid, it only knows it's deleting the halogen fogs, it doesn't know the whole story.

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't think they would remove Fog lights all together but there are some other things in the different equipment packages that don't make any sense so I wasn't sure.
