Reverse Guidance

Reverse Guidance
Try as I might, I cannot seem to get Reverse guidance activated. I have the sticker on, go through the setup process with measurements and calibration and everything. It seems to all work fine until I go to the screen to check if Reverse guidance is checked. It is not checked. It says No conventional trailers available. In my trailer setup I can confirm that "conventional trailer" is checked. I've gone through this like 10 times, same every time. Am I missing something?

1> have you gone through the trailer setup with all the trailer dimensions also to name each trailer.
2. make sure nothing, like the electrical cord to the trailer from the truck covers any part of the sticker, If it does it wont work. Took me a while to figure that out. Also take a bit more driving around than ford say before it finds the sticker.
