I tried checking the rear seatbelts... what else should I try? If only someone would give me a suggestion of what to try.

So I went out and stumbled upon something called a "fuse box". I looked it over and the fuse for the power outlet was blown! I'm glad I thought to check that, seems like someone would have mentioned something like that...

It is shocking no one mentioned checking the fuses. Mind is blown! Glad you got it figured out in short order. Everyone is amped you were able to figure this out on your own!
