SCT programmer not working...

So I put 93 octane in the beast the other day and needed to re-tune the truck. I swap the tune about once a month (whenever I fill the tank) depending on the fuel I use. So I put the nozzle in the tank and start the pump. I hop in the rig and plug in the tuner. It doesn't light up or make any noise. I turn the key all the way and it does nothing. I start the truck and nothing. I don't know what to do now. Should I check fuses? Are there even any fuses going to the OBD2 plug? Do I just need to call 5star and talk to them?

Does the cig lighter have power, it shares the same fuse as the OBDII port I believe.

I would probably start with checking the fuse.

I'm sure it's been mentioned somewhere, but I typically like to start at the basics when troubleshooting these type things. Check the fuse.

It's probably a super complicated multi step process requiring many phone calls and hours of aggravation. Or just check the fuse

I would think that asking the question a forum will solicite the best answers.

Crowd engineering department suggestions always trump the actual factory service manual

I have no idea why it has not been mention yet but I would check the fuse.

I would buy a 7.3. No changing tunes for octane ratings.
