Coolant Flush
2008 F-350, 5.4
Already did a search and trying to find out how many gallons of straight up gold am I buying ? Some say 3 some say 4. I also plan on replacing the thermostat, housing and using the motorcraft flush VC-1 during the process after the first drain.
Also if I am flushing with garden hose, city water, is it good to do distilled water for the last flush before the final fill ?

Check your owner's manual for the cooling system capacity. If you do not have a manual, you can download one here
