5 speed swap question

Looking for a donor truck on craigslist, I found a 2wd 5speed truck with a blown motor for 1500. My truck is a 4x4, what parts would I be missing if I went with a 2wd donor truck.

The tail shaft.
Take it to a trans shop and they can install it. It's the first piece to go in when building a trans and the last to come out when disassembling.

Where are you at? I have a 5spd 4x about to go to the scrapper...

I'm in eastern tennessee. I dont mind to drive a little.

the back half of the transmission.
different rear case half and different output shaft,
total rebuild to change them. unless the 2wd trans is out of a superduty than it is the same as a 4X4 as the emergency brake mounts the same way as the transfer case
