Sync software won't update

Sync software won't update
I have a 2011 F150 and have downloaded a sync software update multiple times and copied to multiple USB's, but it will not update. The system repeatedly says "File Not Found". Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

I had a problem similar to this last summer when I tried to update sync in my 2011. I called sync customer service and they were able to talk me through getting the problem fixed. The tech was also able to verify that sync completed the update successfully. I would reach out to them, as they were very nice and helpful.

After chatting with Sync customer service, the key to success is to use an app like Stuffit expander to unzip the download on a Mac. The standard utility does not unzip properly. I've now successfully updated Sync.
