Charging problems
We have a 1989 bronco 2. We have replaced the battery cables the battery and had the altenator rebuilt and it still only charges at 11.7 volts and gets worse as we drive it till it stops. I have heard the rectifier connections on these altenators have problems. Any info on this common connector problem? I ordered some new connectors off of ebay.
