VIN Decoder question.

VIN Decoder question.
Hello all,
After a long search I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on a 2006 F-250 Crew cab 4x4.
Just ran the VIN through the Ford decoder and saw this,
Territory: Military Personnel Sales
Does anyone know what this means as to who the truck was built for?

If a military member is overseas, they can purchase a vehicle through the military stores, Army and Air Force Exchange Service, or AAFES.
Usually they pick the vehicle up stateside (CONUS) when they return from the overseas duty,

Thanks for the info.
My son took a look at the truck yesterday. Said it drove good and all the photos he took of known rust areas look good.
Its in the same town he's going to college so I didn't have to drive 70 miles and hope for the best.
Gonna go up today and give it the once over.
