Good news today. I changed out the wiper motor and it works perfect. changed the vent motor and it works perfect. Had a problem with the third brake light with one bulb not wanting to work. Fiddle with the socket with my multimeter and blew the fuse. Changed the fuse, came back it was working as it should. So now I have just the mirrors to worry about until something else happens. When I tested the mirror on the driver side, i had power to the mirror (signals still worked) and power at the switch. I bought a new switch and will change that out in a few days to see if that fixes it. It may be the mirror motors are just done. They are originals and I do have 245,000 miles on it. I find it odd that all these motors would go bad at the same time though.

Motors dislike heat. Poor continuity means resistance aka heat. I still think you have a poor ground somewhere, such as the braided copper ground straps under the hood & on passenger frame rail below the passenger door. These are the primary ground paths between body & frame and are constantly exposed to corrosion. Replacing them with proper 4awg cables, stainless steel bolts & dielectric grease makes a world of difference.
My mirrors are in the same boat, only partially working. Fortunately, Expeditons/F150s/Navigators re pretty common in junkyards here
Thanks Travis. Do you happen to have a picture of what I would be looking at? It is hard for me to get down on the ground and only want to do it as little as possible. My back doesn't allow me to do all the things I want. I would love to have a lift..in a garage...with a bunch of cool tools....lol. Thanks for the advice. If I can get to it, I will take pics and show what I have. Maybe I can go from there. I may have to take it somewhere to actually change them.
If the rear wiper fuse is out it may be the result of the previous owner pulling it, the rear wiper is a major contributor to dead batteries because of parasitic drain.

The fuse was fine for the wiper, but not for the third brake light. I blew that myself. I haven't tested the rear wiper today, but I am sure I will later. Electrical issue are the worst issues. I much prefer nuts and bolts....
If it did change, your rear wiper isn't parking. Limit Switch inside motor is suspect.
...or the wiper arm isn't installed in the correct position. You fix this by removing the arm, run the wiper, then turn it off and let it park, then install the arm. If the arm is installed too far to the right it will land on the stopper even though the shaft hasn't turned far enough to reach the parked position, thus keeping the circuit energized.
This might be a good thing for people with wiper issues to watch. Mine is still working perfect after I replaced the wiper motor. I made sure to follow this tip video as well.
OK...Got to work on the truck today. No more testing. Everything is working as it should at the moment. My brother unexpectedly sent me new power mirrors. I put them on today and they work perfect. Could the old mirrors just have died? Anyway, thanks to all that provided input and help along the way. Took me a few hours but it was worth it. Now what to do with the old mirrors? I can't just throw them away. The glass was new old stock. Guess they will sit in the garage with a bunch of other crap I can't seem to throw away either.
