There are about a bazillion of these on the market. I did a quick search on Amazon, and got over 5,000 hits. So I narrowed the selection by selecting Prime only, 4+ stars, and combined rearview mirror and camera. That got it down to 6 ranging from $40 to $130. Here's the link:
Onug I was in Costco (Canada) last week and they had one there for around $100 bucks Canadian.
It was HD. Quality seemed good, but it had a feature that I'm not sure is universal.
In the case of rapid deceleration the camera had an auto save feature. It saved x amount of time before to x amount of time after the rapid stop.
It's all new to me but I thought that might come in handy for insurance purposes.
Thanks for the recommendations; but I've actually already got a few picked out on my Amazon and have watched a bunch of YouTube vid...I'm just hoping a few folks here have used them and can provide feedback.
I purchased this model off of e-bay from a seller in China. This model off of e-bay from a seller in China. The video quality is amazing even in low light conditions. I don't think you can get a better dash cam for the money
