It seems like there are few current options with only one decent alternative in the works, Carli, due in May.
Carli I've heard is good. I do not know how much testing they do. I've seen a few videos of them going fast in the desert but compared to Thuren Fab testing videos it was a joke.
Thuren does extensive real world testing and his valving is incredible PLUS it's balanced with his reduced spring rate springs. He had a 26% reduction in factory spring rate. The ride on my Megacab Cummins 2500 '14 with four corner coils was very similar to my '16 Tacoma which is hard Toyota believe I'm sure. New springs and four Fox ITP's for $650 shipped.
Thuren please help us out!
What options are there for valuable fully equipped level suspension lift kits?
I know of BDS, Zone, Fabtech, Carli, Tough Country, and cheap puck and bracket lifts like Readylift.
Frustrating knowing best option or, maybe only, cost 7x what Thuren charges for a comparable system.

Why the hate on the readylift system? It provides a ton of stuff for $250. Purchase caster correction shims, and a track bar bracket, and you've got factory ride, and factory geometry, essentially. All for about $400 or less if you get coupons.
I have had several Carli and Thuren products on previous Ram trucks. Both are great companies and put out great products. My nod goes to Carli. They are a bigger operation and have more guys doing R&D. I have had less issues with them, especially regarding the track bar.
I currently have a Readylift level, will be upgrading to Carli soon
I was curious if I missed the 600.00 thuren system with shocks. Fox IFP 2.0's usually cost 125.00 each so that's 500 bucks alone. I think thuren makes nice stuff, so does Carli. Hard to go wrong with those two. I just did some 40 buck motofab 1.5 pucks from Amazon and then I'm putting some Fox 2.0's on it also. I'll have 550.00 in it and I'm happing with that.

whats wrong with the readylift? Most are claiming it does not change the stock ride. Or are you looking to improve upon the stock ride?

nothing wrong with it, just after a better ride. this is mainly due to the junk shocks that came on the truck.
i figure if I get new shocks, i would get shocks that have been tested and valved for the truck, not just an off the shelf shock. because of that, I figure I may as well get a shock and spring that are designed to work together.
I have never been a fan of spacers, I don’t think there is anything wrong with them. I just like less pieces and prefer a replacement coil.
BTW, Thuren doesn’t have any products for Ford listed on his website, so He may be only doing Ram stuff now

I did a 6" ready lift with bds coils, fox shox all around and stabilizers and it rides perfectly. I personally think it drives better then stock - just got the truck Friday and zero complaints

Looks awesome.
I called Thuren and they don't have man power to do anything more which doesn't include Ford so no luck there.
