Help identifing a part

The handle looking thingy 😏On the left

Handle looking thing on the left
my steering stabilizer took a dump. So i went a head and got a dual stabilizer setup from skyjack. Everything was goin fine till i tried to put on the drivers side stabilizer...thats when i relized this part is in the way. I dont know what the part name is and if or can i remove it or turn it. Any help is appreciated

It looks to me like it is to double lock the drag link to keep it from turning.
