Can the poppies be far behind?

There should be a good showing this year!

Don't do that so often any more, but yea, when I do, I use one of those.....

I don't get those that are inside-out, however.

The 'best' knot!

I finally figured out this Mtn I keep climbing is 'Sage Mtn'.

Sure is green out there! (top of the 101 Conejo grade, between Wendy dr and the Weigh station).

After reading the article for which you provided a link, I note that the developer had to give away (oooops, "donate") the better portion of his land to get his project approved. He had 58 acres, of which he had to give away 48 of 'em.

Isn't that a little like public officials taking a bribe?

Anyway.....

For what are the poles, cables, and guy ropes used?

Seems I'll have another 48 acres to hike. Didn't the Edge do the same for his casa by the Malibu sea?

Guy lines are for the USA flag. Not flying today and I forgot to bring one to hang up there.
