Thanks for that picture, I would think 1/4 inch shim would be more than enough to lower the steering wheel 3/4 inch which would be much better position.

Was hoping for a solution for this myself. Coming out of a Sierra into a 22 f-250, the steering wheel feels like its way up in the air on the lowest setting, raising the seat doesn't help because the angle of the steering wheel points at the roof seems like lol. the GMC wheel lowers all the way down if you want, much more comfortable.
