Stock camber bushing ? (alignment hell !)

Stock camber bushing ? (alignment hell !)
Not having a lot of luck here.
1. Long story but my old camber bushing broke.
2. Tried finding another one via the stock # but couldn't find anything so I bought an "adjustable" camber bushing.
3. Another long story short that didn't work out.
Now I am left with trying to find the stock camber bushing.
This is the picture of the bushing on the other side of my truck.
I am guessing the #'s = 0' camber, 4' caster but I can't even find a camber bushing that offers 4' caster.
I'm lost.

More information on your truck would help. Things like year and and two or four wheel drive. 
Rock-auto has a bunch of different ones, in order to get the desired camber you rotate it around.
