Installing the draft tube and I think I have the top section on correctly and the clamp turned the right way. Unsure of where the lower section attaches to the oil pan and which way the clamp should be facing? Anyone have any pictures to share and advise on which pan bolt to use?
I can't think what that lower section of tube is off, but it's nothing like mine. The lower clamp on mine is on the first bolt along the straight part of the oil pan (it looks like it would work on either the 1st or 2nd bolt). My tube curves down well before the center exhaust port.
Looks like a draft tube from a mercury flathead or maybe 53 ford? Looks like that bracket attaches to the second pan bolt back. At least on the tube ive got here.
