Exhaust Prob fixed!

Just an update for Y'all and thanks for all the advice.
I ended up taking my boy up to T.Christie Repair and Performance outside of Exeter Ontario. He specializes in Heavy Duty Trucks and Farm Machinery. Affiliated with Ekotuner.com. We did a Stainless Steel delete with original muffler and tailpipe intact(quieter and draws less attention). Then he did a hard re-program of whole 6.4L Powerstoke to a new set of specs. No 3rd party tuner on dash to play with.
The results? I went from burning 17-19L/100km(how mileage is calculated in Canada for my American Buds) down to an acceptable 11-14L/100km depending on how heavy my foot was that day. It also gave me a nice boost from stock 340hp up to 440hp (0-100km/hr in 8sec flat).
Yes lol, I know the next question is etest. I inquired before moving ahead with this. And his particular tune allows engine to run cleaner than having stock Egr. And I don't have to worry about it for another 2 yrs anyway.
