That happens in every brand's forum about the other two brands. It's not unique. Brand loyalty is a dangerous thing.

I like brand loyalty. There is nothing wrong with it so long as it is deserved.

I don't think most of us here are going to post how we think the RAMs are superior, but at least we can compliment the positive things about it. Personally, I like the way the RAM trucks look on the outside, particularly the dually trucks. The Laramie Longhorn has a really nice interior. The Cummins is a good engine, if not as good as our 6.7L

Well the Ram is made in America and provides jobs for our people. Oh wait, maybe I'm wrong.

I'm brand loyal when it comes to race cars I can only root for Chevrolet, in trucks, I've had a few chevy duramaxes, and a few ram cummins. This will be my first powerstroke. I just pick what I think is the best for a particular model year.

I agree, but the problem is that it almost never stops there. It progresses to fan boy status, and that MFR then walks on water.

As for me, I refuse to be brand loyal (and certainly not a fan boy). Which is why I'm here. $65k is too much money to waste on brand loyalty, and I plan to give that for the best truck at the time, regardless of how great my last truck was. Personally, I think if there were fewer brand loyalists, quality might be just a wee bit better.

Im right there with you lol. Im currently coming from a 2016 Ram 2500 into a 2017 F350. Ram definitely makes a nice truck but I think out of all three Ford is sitting on top right now.

Same here. I had a 2010 Ram mega dually, and currently drive a 2012 Ram mega dually. No complaints what-so-ever. When looking at new trucks I was just disappointed that the 2017 Ram is virtually identical to my 2010 ( with exception to the stereo display). I found that the new SD just has so many new options that I would give it a try. This will be my 1st SD ever. I just wanted something different.

Good luck with that. Pickup truck buyers in general are among the most fiercely brand loyal...

I think its kind of cool, in a way.
