Aah, I see. My lever was peened onto the original cylinder/tumbler which is why it was a problem, even removing it...it would not fit onto the new tumbler. No square hole available like the new one's.

For some reason new one's are the incorrect length. IIRC it was shorter than anything I could find. I even tried locksmith catalog's without success.
