I can't believe that some at Ford don't know the details of their product better than the average FTE nut. I'm not talking about dealer level dudes either. They should join up here...LOL...

Okay I just went and measured mine.... built in December of 2016
Lariat Ultimate Crew cab swb with 3:55 and camper kit and has a 3 inch receiver with 2.5 and 2 inch step downs:...
Ford brochure says with that kit it is 18k???

According to the latest publication I received, you're getting a 2.5 hitch. I think all single wheel trucks just need to wait and see what shows up on them.

Love my 3". But now there is another debacle, HitchGate. THe 3" coaxed me into one ball mount, fully adjustable to fit all needs except the pintle hook, which I can live with due to the rarity of pulling construction trailers any more. Now what to do with 7 other mounts of various weights, ball sizes and drops. Hmmm, maybe job 2 is going to create the market?

I'm a younger guy. I made this account in 2011, I think. "homeschool74" was my username on gamer forums and the like. I've tried to change it. I hate it now. But I haven't gotten a reply from Admins....

My 250 6.7 short bed regular suspension came in late yesterday is being prepped as we speak. I went up this morning to the dealership an installed a couple of the parts like bed mat and floor mats that I had ordered through parts, while they were installing the remote access. While I was there I checked the hitch and it was 2.5" with one adapter for 2".
