Hopefully this doesn't violate any rules, but I wanted to share my experience with fordiesels.com. Full disclosure: I have no interest or stake in the company and I'm posting this solely based on the outstanding customer service I received.

In another thread I noted I was having hot start issues and that I had replaced all 8 injectors. One of the injectors had a wiring harness that was really tight and the wiring was kind of short. Turns out the solenoid on top of the injector was put on the wrong way. I called fordiesels.com and spoke to their tech and explained the issue. These guys were fantastic. They processed a RMA and sent me a new injector no questions asked. They also shipped it for free with next day air at no cost to me. The injector arrived at 8:30 AM the next day. I also ordered an IPR, ICP, and wiring harness for the ICP, which they included in the package. Needless to say I was very happy with their service and willingness to help out.

Again, I have no stake or involvement with the company, but I wanted to share my experience in case anyone is looking to buy parts for their 6.0 soon. I have been extremely happy with their service and willingness to go the extra mile for me. Good customer is, frankly, hard to find these days and I always like to give praise to companies that are like this. Hopefully it will help someone else if they're in need of assistance.

On a truck related note, I'll be replacing the IPR and ICP today as well as the injector with the short harness. Hopefully that solves my issues and gets the truck back on the road.

 

Glad that worked out for you. I looked up some parts on their site and had question on a few things because the descriptions were somewhat vague. Sent an email on their ask a question link and received no response. Called during business hours several times and no answer, only voicemail. That was last I tried to contact them and moved on to another vendor. Maybe just bad timing on my part.
