LED Headlights from LED Headlight Pro
I am new to this group. I have a 2002 Excursion 7.3. I just purchased some LED Headlights from LED Headlight Pro. The lights look like they are extremely good quality, but the factory bulb retaining ring will not work to hold these new LED bulbs in the headlight assembly. Their customer service is awful; they just want me to send them back (to Canada), then they will reimbursement me. I am curious if anyone else has tried these lights. The LED bulbs actually have small fans on the. Ask of the bulbs. The retaining ring won't fit over this fan mechanism.

Just cut them in half or more. I have LED's and the retaining ring wouldn't clear the fans so I just to them to the chop saw till they fit. Mine I think worked right around half. The part that actually does the work is fairly thin and leaves some room for trimming.
