Bluetooth adapter should be here Friday. This is the setup I have so far to monitor. Hopefully there won't be interference with the tuner and/or I can unplug the tuner and from the OBD and just measure pyro from the probe with it.
And supposedly as soon as I connect the setup will change the degrees C to F, hopefully.
Suggestions on what to add and or drop from moitoring?
I added FICM logic volts, Vref, cam/crk sync, EOT/ECT difference, EGR, IPR, MAP, and Baro to mine other than what you already have shown. You can have multiple pages too so you can set up what you want to just glance at versus using to troubleshoot an issue.

This is also what I did and Chris has you pretty well covered. I have on another screen just the GPS speed. My main screen is all 5 12v voltages including Adapter Volts, Oil and Coolant temps and a Delta gauge, HPOP, Trans Temp, Gear, fan speed. next screen is EGR ICP volts, both intake temps, RPM, Boost,IPR and VGT. Next screen is more diag. based with both syncs, vref volts, inj pulse, ebp and fuel level....
A note: Torque only refreshes the screen you are on, so for real data analysis I tend to set up a log and then look it over in excel. I also use mostly sweep gauges that record min/max. You can change the number of screens available btw....
Looks like you have it covered. I use a Dashboss and not familiar with this software but I'd move rpm's into the gear position location on the same page.
Not sure if I'd never know what gear I'm in?
Besides, if like my Dashboss, I like to see both speed and rpm's together on the same screen when diagnosing issues.

Looking Good!
Did you get Gear to work on yours? Mine doesn't seem to work.

yup - and I didn't have to mess with it. You have a Torqshift, right? May be a silly question but a ways back we were trying to help a guy get the trans temp to work and it turned out he had a manual trans...
And I think you already loaded the Ford custom PID set (should be an early step in set-up). A word of caution on just that: don't ever re-load the custom set again, it'll wipe out all your custom gauges and ones you've modified. Don't ask how I learned that
It works. Just shows 1 as sown as I step onot the brake. Shows correct once I get going
huh, that's odd... I'll take a look at mine next time I run it and see what mine does when I tap the brakes. I don't watch that one too much, but it seemed to be tracking when I did, but I would likely have been watching the up shifts, so can't be completely sure....
