Nuts & Bolts
Concerning the sheet metal bolts for the front end.
What is the correct assembly with the bolts? Bolt and two flat washers?
Are lock washers needed?
Concerning door hinges.
I seem to have two different bolts of same thread size.
It looks like the wide flange head bolts go between the hinge and cab?
The smaller flange bolts (3) hold the hinge to the door?

I thought I did too but when I went to clean and chase threads the numbers didn't match.
i must have either dropped a couple or they are still laying around. Looks like 12 of one kind in the door hinges and 12 of another. Half have large flange heads and half are small but all same size and threads. Most cleaned up well but I didn't think about washers and where they went. I think small heads go in the door and large heads in the cab.

If you are using the original fine thread bolts, there is no lock washer needed, just a flat on each side. If you replace with coarse tread, you need to add lock washers.
For the door bolts, big flange on the cab and small on the door as you mentioned.
