I recently upgraded from my first car (2000 Olds Alero w/ 170k miles) to a 2005 F150 (37k miles but was used at a zoo so assuming decent amount of engine hours). Anyways, for the past week my truck has been shaking when I start it up after the engine is already warmed up. First start up is fine but let's say I have to hit the store really quick, spend about 5-10 minutes in there, come back out and start the truck it'll shake violently for a couple seconds. Either that or it'll be hard to start and crank for a while. I've already had a bad coil, alternator + belt, and starter replaced since I got the truck a month ago. I do need to replace the exhaust as there is a hole starting to form due to rust (bought the truck in Chicago before moving to Texas) but I don't see how that could effect how the truck starts. Any suggestions as to what it could be would be greatly appreciated..... Hope it's nothing that'll break the bank, not exactly loaded with cash and I'll have my dad giving me more crap for buying a Ford instead of a Chevy lol.
EDIT: It's the V6 and work truck package so I'm unable to see the RPMs.

I'm thinking you have a dripping injector. If you pull the fuel rail with the engine warm a bad injector will usually be pretty obvious. You'll see it drip and usually there'll be steam (gas vapor actually) coming out of the hole in question. Another giveaway is; immediately after one of the hard/warm starts, rev it up and pull your foot off the throttle. If its an excess fuel situation you'll get some backfire/pop from the exhaust. That's the excess fuel burning out of the cats.
I would use a fuel system cleaner or fuel system service before getting into it. I agree absolutely with Bronner that its a rich condition caused by sticking injectors. This was most likely caused by years of super-short trips at the zoo and no maintenance.
Revved it up and nothing out of the ordinary, no backfire or anything. Although, what I did notice is after misplacing my main key and having to use my spare one, it didn't rough start at all.... Been using my spare for the last couple days and it's started up just fine. Would the theft protection cause problems if the main key was worn down a bit? Not too educated when it comes to cars so don't judge if it's a stupid question.
