Electric. Mirror doesn't extend

Hey guys...I'm new to this site as of a couple hours ago. I just bought a 2010 f350 6.4 2 days ago...all is great except the pass side mirror does not extend out like the drivers side does. Are they supposed to move together as they do when they fold in? Love the truck...I'm just hoping for a cheap and simple fix here. Thanks guys.

They are suppised to move together.

I'd wd-40 it up real good and let it sit for a bit and soak in. When you try to exrend it, have someone give a little pull on it. May be just coated with salt/grine.
