Numbers, is the one you priced a Ford switch from a dealer?

 

Yes, it's the part number for the D3ZZ-11654-A headlamp switch that JEFFFAFA gave you, I just added some additional info.

AFAIK: The Ford dealer with the cheapest online price is Auto Nation Ford, located in White Bear Lake MN (autonationfordwhitebearlake.com).

 

And me here at Sanderson Ford in Arizona. I can match that $31.16. Plus freight. That is dealer Cost plus 10% they are quoting. I can sell at that also.

When Ed Olsen was here (that was before you were a member), I listed his prices.

Ed was an FTE member (owns a Dent) and a sponsor (partsguyed), was the P/M of Horizon Ford in Seattle, suffered a stroke 1/2011, had to retire.

 

Thank you guys! I will look deeper into the problem and if I determine the switch is bad I'll get in touch. Think I'd rather have the Ford part.

nobullearnhardt That's where I 1st landed when I moved here from Ohio. Was there 3/79 to 6/89. Front counter, Body shop counter and back counter back and forth a few times. (Both the body shop and service managers wanted me and kept stabbing each other in the back) Then finally wholesale phones. Been wholesale phones ever since. Plus, while I was at Lou Grubb Ford from 6/89 to 2008 I was ALSO the Ford Motorsport (now FRPP) Parts Manager.

Well, I lucked out! Took the cluster back out and checked all the connections on the guages and found one to be quite loose. Tightened it up and cleaned the main cluster plug and all is good!

 

Glad to hear. And thanks for letting us know it's fixed and how. We like closure on problems.

 

Now i need to get the turn signal switch ordered and installed!
