I have 2006 F350 and it suddenly has no heat. Temps are EOT 165ish and ECT 160ish according to DashBoss fully warmed up. I have the King Ranch heat controls which continue to mystify me sometimes. I set it for 65 degrees and cold air blows. No difference between ambient temps of 35 vs. -30. No heat.
Radiator and coolant drained/replaced 6 months ago. Wouldn't mind replacing the Tstat myself as long as I get a day above freezing to do it. Does this sound like the reason I have no heat or is there a vacuum line or heater core problem? Troubleshooting tips?
Replace the t-Stat and verify the vacuum line is connected to the he heater bypass valve.... right next to the oil fill tube on the heater hose. It's a grey plug, vacuum hose.

Yes your thermostat is bad -- it is low by 25-30 degrees. Don't know if that will affect cab heat but your mileage will go up...
Thanks guys. I will check the vacuum hose and wait for a warmer day to switch the stat. Might have to wait until April at this rate. I am beginning to intensely dislike winter.
That low temperature is costing you fuel mileage as well. Less than 185°, it's dumping fuel to it trying to warm it above 185°, probably a couple miles per gallon.
An update: It's finally warm enough to do the thermostat switch, so I tackled the stat this afternoon. Love the fact that it has an O-ring instead of using gasket sealant. It would be a breeze to change if you didn't have to remove the air filter for easier access. I hate everything about that air filter set-up! Next time I will do it without removing anything except the top radiator hose.
Temps on the test drive warmed up quickly to 190-195 degrees and then stabilized there. My deltas were within 5 degrees at 65 mph and 60 degrees air temp, whereas before it wouldn't get above 170, no matter what. Most of the time coolant and oil temps were within 2 degrees of each other. Can't ask for better than that.
Never would have known there was a problem if I didn't have DashBoss. That and the truck wouldn't make heat driving in -20 degree F weather. Idaho is the land of extremes sometimes. On Friday I mowed grass while it snowed like crazy on me!
