rancho mt7000 steering stablizer

Was wondering if anyone has installed the rancho mono tube 7000 steering stablizer and what was your thoughts on it. looking to get a new one for my 13 f350 and am torn between this rancho or a bilstein 5100. They look like the same design to me and are about the same money. So let me know what you guys think.

I have a Rancho 7000 steering stabilizer on my 2016. Had it first on a 2012 then a 2013 and now on my 2016 (all F350's). It has a combined mileage of 110k on it. Seems to be holding up well. No complaints.

I put the Bilstein on my '13 dually to stop the "death wobble". It stopped it instantly. I've had Rancho on every other truck as far as stabilizers go, but happy with this one so far.
