Dual Steering Stabilizer's (Pro Comp)

Do steering stabilizers act differently than shocks???

IE...When you push a shock in it pushes back out, when I took my steering stabilizers off to check them I push them in and have to pull to get it back out....is this normal or are my stabilizers shot??

Sounds like your steering stabilizer is working correctly to me. Have installed several new steering stabilizers and thats how they all cycled.

Thanks guys I kinda figured it was, just wanted to be sure. I guess if you replaced them with shocks you would be darting all over the road.

Yeah, its just valved differently so that it prevents quick movements. Try and rip it out. You'll pull your arm off trying lol
