code 44
pulled codes on my 1989 ford f250 with a efi 5.0 and am getting number 44 koer.
going to replace vacuum lines and see if that helps, the only symptoms I'm getting is when the truck is in park or neutral and I hold the throttle the motor bogs down every 3 or 4 seconds. it seems to be lacking power as well but I'm not sure if that is related. any suggestions would be appreciated.
I believe the code is Thermactor system fault (right side).

I had codes 67 and 87 with koeo
and koeo it just has 44
update: went through the vacuum lines and the one going down to the check valve next to the air pump was dangling. haven't had the chance to check codes again.

Code 87 (KOEO/CM): Primary fuel pump circuit failure
Neither of those is a show stopper but it's highly suggested to start with the KOEO/CM diagnosis before jumping to KOER codes.
