Bill has the same on microfiche. The CD is based on the early edition of the catalog and has errors and omissions, but is useable. Bill's copy is the final edition and is pretty much "the bible".

1973/79 Ford truck series 100/500 parts catalog (10/88 final edition on microfiche) doesn't show COLOR code 4 for 1975 either.
I stumbled across this mailer add from the 75 explorer pickups that show a Sequoia brown mettalic paint that kind of look like the color I seen behind the fuel tank....I did not see a color code for that color though.
