HELP: Dashboard Gauges Not Working
All gauge components not working on dashboard (Oil gauge/Heat thermostat gauge..etc.) I thought originally it was the voltage stabilizer and had it replaced, maybe it’s the instrument cluster printed circuit that has gone bad. Any ideas?

You can check to see that the temp and oil pressure senders are connected under the hood. Do the gauge lights work?
Sounds like the harness isn't plugged in to the cluster. Maybe one of the tangs broke off the connector, and it's not staying plugged in.
You had someone else replace the Instrument Panel Voltage Regulator?
It could be the IP PCB. Examine it closely for any tears or burnt/broken traces. You can check every trace with a continuity checker.
Does the fuel gauge work? Ammeter?
Any other electrical anomalies?

The gauge lights work, and the voltage regulator had been replaced although previous regulator did allow some movement of the gauges it did not give an accurate reading on oil or heat, at the moment no movement since VR replacement.
As for the fuel gauge this has not worked since purchase and think it needs a new sending unit which is another story.
I just attached the dashboard assembly for my 1974 F100, is this another word for IP PCB?
