Injection question
Hey there . so I recently bought a 94 f150 with the 4.9l 300cid i6 efi . the head gasket blew and am looking to replace my question being .
On that year of 4.9 l is it direct port fuel injection or throttle body injection????

The 4.9 was never throttle body injection. All years of EFI from '87 - '96 are multi-port fuel injection.
About the only difference is around '95 or '96, it went from Speed Density to Mass Air Flow.
